Refund Policy
This policy explains trials, subscription renewals, and how to request help with a charge.
Trial Period
Omnigrim offers a 7-day trial. You are not charged unless you add a payment method and continue onto a paid plan after the trial ends.
Refund Requests
If you believe you were charged in error, contact Omnigrim Support with the email address used for your account and the date of the charge. We review eligible refund requests promptly.
Managing Renewals
You can cancel future renewals at any time through Manage Subscription in Account Settings. Cancellation stops future billing and does not remove access already paid for.
